Online orders from the www.indeedlabs.com website can be shipped to Canada and the United States.

What methods of payment does Indeed Laboratories Inc. accept?
Indeed Laboratories Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard and JCB for purchases on the www.indeedlabs.com website.

How does Indeed Laboratories Inc. ensure the security of my transaction?
Both Indeed Laboratories Inc.'s website and its internal computer systems have been developed by a dedicated internal technical team and these systems use the strongest encryption mechanisms used by the world's largest financial institutions for communication and storage of sensitive information. Furthermore, Indeed Laboratories Inc. does not allow its employees and/or affiliates to retrieve stored payment information unless in the case of an investigation or requirement by law.

Does Indeed Laboratories Inc. offer a customer satisfaction policy?
Indeed Laboratories Inc.'s commitment to outstanding quality allows it to stand confidently behind its products. All Indeed Laboratories Inc. products may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, even if such products have been used and/or opened, for a full refund or exchange with another product. Will I have to pay duties and taxes upon arrival of my order?
If you reside within Canada or the United States, you will not be incurred any additional charges. All applicable taxes and duties are calculated at the time of ordering. If you reside outside of these regions, you may be charged duties and taxes at the border. These charges are similar to those added to retail purchases in your region of residence and will be communicated to you through the courier.

What are your shipping options in the USA and Canada?
We have two shipping options to the USA, UPS standard and FedEx express. If you are shipping standard, it will cost $7.00 and will take up to 10 business days. If you are shipping express, it will cost $25.00 and will be sent overnight. FedEx does not ship to PO boxes therefore if you are planning on shipping to a PO Box, it must be sent through standard mail. We have two shipping options to Canada, FedEx express and Canada Post Standard. If you are shipping standard, it will cost $5.00 and will take up to 10 business days. If you are shipping express, it will cost $15.00 and will be sent overnight. PRODUCT QUESTIONS: NANOBLUR Has Nanoblur been tested on animals?
Indeed Laboratories Inc. does not test its products on animals or pay others to perform testing on animals. All of Indeed Laboratories Inc.'s products are tested on humans.

Is Nanoblur safe to use during pregnancy?
None of Indeed Laboratories Inc.'s products use any ingredient with an indication of risk for use during pregnancy. However, our products do contain high concentrations of innovative, functional actives and it may be advisable to consult a physician if you are pregnant.

How long does it take to see results from Nanoblur and how long will they last?
You will full see results within 40 seconds! Seriously! The effects from Nanoblur will last for approximately 12 hours or until rinsed. Throughout the day, you should not need to reapply Nanoblur, unless you have perspired heavily on your face. When the cream is removed from your face, you will not experience any long-term results. If you discontinue use of Nanoblur, there will be no side effects. When you are not using Nanoblur, your skin will go back to the way it was before you applied the cream.

How long does it take to see results from Snoxin and how long will they last?
You will start to see the effects from Snoxin around one week after using the product. If you discontinue use of Snoxin, there will be no side effects. Your skin with continue to take the natural course of aging, and will progressively counteract the look that Snoxin was able to achieve.



PRODUCT QUESTIONS: GENERAL What is the difference between Nanoblur and Snoxin?
Nanoblur is an optical treatmentused to reduce the appearance of lines, wrinkles, crow’s feet and enlarged pores on the face and neck area immediately. The product’s results remain until the face is rinsed. This treatment is not a long-term treatment. When the light reflects off your face, the nanoprisms in the cream create an impression that your lines and wrinkles are diminished leaving you with an instant gratification. Nanoblur is strictly topical with no tint and no smell. Since this cream is topical, when it is removed from your skin, you will not experience any long term effects. You can wear Nanoblur on your bare skin after your moisturizer or with makeup on your face. Nanoblur is free of fragrances and has no tint.

Snoxin is a long-term treatment used to correct and prevent signs of aging. This serum is composed of multiple peptides that target various aspects of aging, including the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, sagginess and textural damage. Snoxin has no tint and no smell. We recommend you apply Snoxin twice a day (morning and night) if you are using it for repair measures and once a day (at night) if you are using it preventatively.

Can you use Snoxin and Nanoblur together?
Both Nanoblur and Snoxin are safe for daily use. You can use them together and alongside your other skincare products. While receiving the instant gratification from Nanoblur, you can be achieving long-term results with Snoxin. *If a customer is applying other facial treatments (prescription creams, laser, etc) and is unsure whether he/she can use Snoxin at the same time, we advise verifying the use of Snoxin with their physician.*
